Founder of 1 More Rep Fitness | NASM Certified Personal Trainer
I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember—starting competitive soccer at age 7 and eventually playing Division II collegiate soccer. After graduation, I knew I wanted to stay connected to the world that shaped me: fitness. What I didn’t expect was just how much I’d fall in love with teaching and helping others discover their own strength.
Through my years as a competitive athlete, I developed discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of the human body. Today, I use those skills to coach people from all walks of life—whether you're an athlete chasing performance goals, a senior improving balance and mobility, or someone just starting your fitness journey. My training approach is grounded in education, safety, and building a strong foundation—physically and mentally.
I hold a NASM Personal Training Certification, and I continuously pursue further education to stay up to date with science-backed practices. I specialize in areas including:
Powerlifting
Strength & conditioning
Plyometrics
Functional training to help combat arthritis, osteoporosis, and joint pain
Hypertrophy (muscle growth) and general fitness development
